Beggaring of the End

The piece was “finished” but flawed, so I’m in the process of trimming it down. I’ve cut 5’30″ so far, and will probably see if I can find another 2-3′ to extract. It’s difficult and painful, but maybe necessary. Who knows? We’ll see if I can figure out how to smooth and restructure the places where the wounds are left. Hopefully on the way and wrapped up over the weekend.

In other, exciting news, I’m looking forward to getting started soon on my work for Truffle Fallout, and animated short film that I have the privilege of composing for in collaboration with a good friend who wrote the screenplay. The website is going to chronicle the film’s progress, and it will probably be worth checking in on from time to time. These people are very talented.
